Do not use any ointments, vaseline, oils, nesporin on or near brows
Do not expose the area to direct sun or tanning beds for 2 weeks
Avoid extreme humidity such as saunas, steam rooms, hot showers, pools or anything that will open up pores
Avoid facials and skin treatments 3 weeks before and after your appointment (this includes the touch up appointment as well)
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS
DAY 1
Your brows are getting a little bolder and darker by the end of the day. Expect light to moderate swelling and redness for the first couple hours. Might feel similar to a sun burn.
DAY 2-6
Brows look dark and thicker in texture. You might be panicking and rethinking your life decisions but please don’t worry as this is completely normal. If you are someone who makes a lot of facial expressions or has oily skin, your brows may have cracked or started flaking at this time. Normal / combination skin may heal slower.
DAY 7-10:
Most or all of the brow has flake off and may appear light or ashy in color
Day 10-14:
The scabs should be completely gone and color is starting to stabilize. The color will continue to even out as the healing process continues. At this time you are able use eye shadow to fill in the brows and get them wet as normal. Always try to keep them as clean as possible. Please continue to avoid moisturizers and skin treatments an inch away from brows until after the touch up appointment is completed
Day 28-30
The final color begins to stabilize and show through. 6-12 weeks: Your touch appointment should be booked so I can perfect the look of your brows!
